A practical checklist for parking access, personal belongings, photos and scheduling your mobile detailing appointment.
Send the address and describe the parking space before booking. Include garage clearance, gate access and any property rules about vehicle cleaning. The technician needs access around the car. If a condo or office space does not permit the work, ask about a shop appointment instead.
Find your nearby service areaPhotograph the areas that concern you most. Tell us about pet hair, beach sand, spills, odors or stained seats so we can discuss the appropriate package and time. Let us know about aftermarket finishes, recent body repairs or materials with special care instructions.
Empty loose items, valuables and documents from the cabin and cargo area. Keep any items you need separately. If you use a child seat, discuss how you want it handled before the appointment and follow the seat manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning and reinstallation. We do not assume a vehicle detail includes child-seat servicing.
Confirm the expected appointment window and the person who will provide access to the vehicle. Deep cleaning and paint work take different amounts of time from maintenance detailing. Ask about drying and when the car can be used afterward. Let us know promptly if access or your schedule changes.
