Initial Prep & Sanding

We thoroughly clean the lenses and safely mask off the surrounding paint and trim. The faded, oxidized layer is then carefully removed using a multi-stage wet sanding process (starting with coarse grit and progressing to fine) to eliminate cloudiness and yellowing.

Refining & Polishing

Once all deep scratches and oxidation are gone, we use a specialized polishing compound and a high-speed buffer. This step is critical to restore the clarity of the lens, bringing back a crystal-clear, showroom finish and maximizing light output.

UV Sealing & Protection

To prevent future sun damage, the final step involves applying a UV-blocking sealant or ceramic coating specifically designed for plastics. This protective barrier ensures the restored clarity lasts for years, keeping your headlights clear and safe.
